The AGV GT4 Max Vision Pinlock Lens - 70 is extremely tough and durable and offers outstanding optical clarity.

Pinlock is well known for it’s patented anti-fog technology in the global market and is expanding. Pinlock offer 3 different performance levels in our range of insert lenses, to enable everyone to enjoy a clear and fog-free vision when riding. The insert lenses range starts from the Pinlock 30, Pinlock 70 and Pinlock 120 lenses. The number is used to describe the levels of fog free clearance the insert lenses provides in order to acclimatise to temperature differences that cause helmet shields to fog up.

- Pinlock 30 is an entry level fog resistant solution that offers efficient clear vision while riding. This insert has been designed to be the universal fog resistant solution for helmets. The Pinlock 30 insert lens fits all Pinlock 30 prepared helmet face shield on the market.

- Pinlock 70 is enhanced with stronger fog resistant properties that increase the fog free endurance of the lens. All Pinlock 70 insert lenses are made in a custom fit design, that ensures better fog resistance coverage.

- Pinlock 120 is the top of the line fog resistant solution for professionals. The Pinlock 120 fog resistant insert lens is used by professional riders in motorcycle racing series.

Pinlock lenses have a silicone seal which creates a double shield system between the helmet face shield and Pinlock insert lens. There is a slit on the side which keeps the insert lens steady and tight between the face shield and pin. There is also a dry hydrophilic technology like membrane surface that absorbs moisture.

An additional range from Pinlock are their 100% Max Vision insert lenses which provides a maximum lens coverage area within the helmet face shield that is designed with a custom cavity area to fit the lens perfectly. These are only available in Pinlock 70 and 130 variations, and coloured lenses are also available in Pinlock 100% Max Vision format.
