See it working, then try it on your own bike
In our shop: we have a Caretta set up and running on display, so you can see the screen, the cradle and the apps for yourself before you buy.
On your bike: we also have a demonstration unit we can fit to your own motorcycle. We'll clamp it to your bars, connect it to your Bluetooth intercom and let you ride with it properly.
You'll find us at Unit 12, D2 Trading Estate, Castle Road, Eurolink, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3RH. We're open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

Tested by us on the ACT Pyrenees
In September, Joe, James and Andy ran Carettas across the ACT Pyrenees: four days of rock, dust and mountain roads at up to 39°C. We used MyRoute-app on the road and DMD2 on the trails, all on the same device. When a digger blocked one trail, we zoomed out with the handlebar controller, picked the next junction beyond it and carried on. James summed it up: “It’s like having a cheat code.”
We also found one issue. Riding close together in very fine dust eventually stiffened the cradle's quick-release, and a little lubricant sorted it. We reported it to Carpe Iter, whose technical team are already working on it. We'd rather tell you that up front.

Will the Caretta fit my bike?
It fits almost any motorcycle with a suitable mounting point. The supplied 12mm AMPS bracket suits most adventure bikes with an accessory bar, and we stock bike-specific brackets and cables. Tell us what you ride and we'll tell you exactly what you need.
Which navigation apps can I use?
Any Android app from the Google Play Store. We use MyRoute-app for road routes and DMD2 for off-road tracks, but OsmAnd, Locus, Calimoto, Google Maps, Waze and others all work.
Can I try one before I buy?
Yes. There's one working on display in our shop, and we have a demonstration unit we can fit to your own bike so you can ride with it. Call us on 01795 899204 to arrange it.
Can I use it on more than one bike?
Yes. Fit a powered cradle to each bike and move the Caretta between them.
Do you fit it?
Our workshop in Sittingbourne can fit and wire your Caretta and controller. Call us to book it in.
